I had received another Higher Self Message (HSM) at the end of June, I wanted to share it.

Feel the light radiate out of you. Love gives, Fear takes.
Realize your physical body is not a prison. You are not bound here.
You came here by choice.
Your body is an incredible expression of self. Watch how it moves!
Your thoughts will this density to what you call(describe) "Life."
Your every thought manipulates this mass...
You control how it appears, you love this creation! you are all little sculptors comparing your work. and you love it. It is not bad to love your body. It is yours! you made it for you? and you enjoy the work that it takes. you enjoy the time... it is challenging, right?

Ignorance. "The Sleep" which "separates" you. Is not to keep you from an ultimate Love. Its not a blinder to keep you looking down. You put it there.

You're trying to get out? but why? You'll be disappointed, you're so exited to be here. We all need vacations sometimes.. that's why you sleep. And you know what? You come right back. this is not because you must? don't you see? You don't hafto do anything! But you do. think about that...
Fall in Love. Be passionate. Love your neighbor, Love your Brother, and for God's Love, Be soo in Love with your other. When your time here is run, and it's all said and done, you will Love yourself for that. You will LOVE.
You have thoughts? express them.
You have worries? tell someone.

You cannot do something outside of your frame of reference. it was all laid out Sir! you have seen the map! you are "floating the river" "driving the road" whatever you want to call it :) Its My Plan.. and you are the lucky piece that gets to play! Do you feel that Joy inside of you? do you remember how excited, OVERJOYED that it was you? It Was YOU!!! hahahaha!... Enjoy your time here please. There is so much more, but I want you to know this first. And don't worry, you're gonna be fine. There is nothing for you out there that you cannot first experience here. Think about that.. All that is, exists in you, in physicality. All that IS. and it is boundless... *Imagine
You can be whatever you want. experience all. and Be Love. you are all that you are, when you are.
